For example, you could realize a beautiful upgrade for your kitchen or bathroom, have custom cabinets made, select household appliances, or upgrade your parquet flooring or wall tiles, etc...
We grant these additional budgets depending on the type of unit you reserve.
- € 10,000 for a 1-bedroom
- € 15,000 for a 2-bedroom
- € 20,000 for a 3 or 4-bedroom
